Is this for real? Ledeen's source, Brian Lancaster at weblog "Jumping in Pools" provides no sourcing beyond the bald assertions in his post.
There is no link to documentation or support of any kind for the assertions made, other that the mention of Joe Klein, who can be individually queried, but who has made nothing public about the thesis that I can discover.

However consistent it might be with Obama's well documented deprecations of the Constitution, where is the proof or documentation to justify adding this to the pile?

Hypocrisy? Huh? I have read and reread the first BO quote. I thought I was going crazy because the quote made no sense. Then I realized that the word denotations/conotations are all wrong: BO equates "freedom" with equal wealth/equal outcome/wealth redistribution, not equal opportunity. And because there was no equal wealth guarrantee, the citizens were not guaranteed "liberty" but the "shackles of hypocrisy." Again, huh? Not only does BO not uphold and defend the US Constitution, but he has, as a "constitutional scholar," an IQ of less than 70.

"So called founders", "supposedly a cornerstone of freedom"? Ok is it just me or does this read like something writen by a smarmy, self important teenager with a overblown sense of his own greatness? You know, the teenager that hasn't done anything of not but thinks he could have done things better that historical greats. Not only is this document telling in his mindset of equality it also offers a glimps into his overblown ego and narcissism. Incredilble!

What on earth does this President have to do to get the media coverage he so richly deserves!

He wants to remake America and change our constitution. Obama, et al should find another country to remake-we're more than fine. Aren't there a number of leaderless countries around the world that could use his leadership?

I'd like to see the actual referenced document and know whether or not it's a setup. It could be legit, or it could be a fake by either a liberal or a conservative.

However, there is a key point everyone's missing. Obama has thus far NOT RELEASED ANY ACTUAL DOCUMENTS! If this is a fake, prove it. Release your actual papers, transcripts, etc. Authorize the state of Hawaii to release your long-form birth certificate. These are easy things to do. If you really have nothing to hide, what aren't you authorizing release of this information? Mr. President, your employers (the American people) deserve to know the truth about their employee.

I do wonder if anyone knows please respond. Has ANY President in the history of America ever kept these type of records a SECRET GUARDED BY THE FBI ??

I think this means more - the press finally ready to dump Hussein Obama otherwise why would Joe Klein let this out of the bag?

Of course, on the other hand, Klein holding this back during the election run-up just proves the complicity. Or does Klein actually think the same thing?

It would not due to give our enemies the slings and arrows that cause us future grief, individually or collectively.

Maybe one day our President will (just for fun, of course) participate in a series of psychotherapeutic and analytical sessions. And maybe the results would be leaked just as this "thesis" has been. What aspect of his personality might we discover that would lead a so-called educated man to make such a moronic observation about the most liberating and magnificent document ever written in the history of mankind? It's not so complicated to figure out. He, like so many others on the left, are pseudo intellectuals and posers. It was my understanding, as with Hillary, all academic records were sanitized as to shed as little light as possible on the "Anointed One" Marxist predilections.

If this is so, then the release of such "scurrilous" evidence would imply a patriot lurks somewhere in the hollowed halls of Columbia.

We have to ask the question: How likely is that?

I am quite certain BHO's Records aren't in some alphabetized file cabinet, in an office labeled "student records" just waiting for some enterprising burglar to slip in one night and lift the evidence?

We must treat the source as suspicious until reliable confirmation backs up the claim.

From what little writing Barry has allowed public; he is a horrible scribe. This traitorous rant (as much as we would like it to be true) sounds too smooth for a 22-year-old-stoned Barry.

The exerpt published is attitude only without substantive support which can be construed to be an example of pedantic posturing for grade effect alone. Thesis ("The is!") is designed to be be an adult statement and guideline to be followed into life responsibilities and adhered to in principle until challenged by real life circumstances requiring adaptation and moderation.

The entire theoretical product needs to be made public, it will indicate how a prospective legal scholar qualifies admittance into Harvard University School of Law.

there needs to be verification of this but he is still hiding something. He won't release anything personal, not medical, school, job or birth records. I smell a SKUNK.
