once marginalized as the blithering idiot that he is someone in a leadership position (outside of the admin) might start to say aloud that obambi doesn't speak for the usa. it could get dicey if his numbers drop significantly, which i expect.
i see a time when foreign leaders will bypass obambi and speak to more serious domestic leaders on foreign affairs.
secondly, i could envision a scenario where a loud chorus begins to ask him to step down if the currency melts and u3 and u6 approach 15% and 25%, respectively. look for polls asking the question whether he ought to step down.
risk for everybody is very high.
