Yes, he is that delusional. He was also delusional to think he was remotely qualified to be president of this country. He has remarkable success with his delusions. He has deluded himself all the way to the most important job in the world. Unfortunately for us, the delusions stop there. He can still base his decisions on delusions, of course, but the results will be real. Real bad.
